We recently stayed at the eastgate and had a wonderful experience. the management, Carolyn and Adrian, made us feel welcome during our visit. our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and well-presented, which added to our comfort. we enjoyed the generous meals from the room service menu; my steak was perfectly cooked.

This hotel met needs well! Came in Toowoomba to relax and have fun, this good basic property was fine base for doing it. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the mountain and Picnic Point lookout and gardens and close to McDonalds. Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to Picnic Point. Overall the service was nice. They offered ironing at no cost too.

The restaurant here was really nice for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. The location was peaceful and handy for nice cafes and cafés. You could walk to a shopping mall and several stores.

Magnificent and unbeatable location for visiting cafés and restaurants.

The location is pretty sweet, nestled at the top of a hill with beautiful gardens all around. I loved that it was close to the Range shopping mall, making it easy to grab anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfy beds that made for a decent night’s sleep. Oh, and the staff were super friendly!

I ran into a few issues. The kettle was a bit oversized for the small washbasin, which was kind of silly. Plus, our room's front door catch was grooved out on the floor, making it hard to open and close. Just a couple of updates needed to really make it a gem!

The vanity had ample space for all my toiletries, making my morning routine a breeze.

Despite this minor inconvenience, my overall experience was quite satisfying.

Liked beautiful and incredible location of the hotel. The room we booked was beautiful little, with laundry and comfy bed, for instance. The staff were all excellent, amiable.

Relaxing Stay in Toowoomba

I was eager to visit Picnic Point during my trip to Toowoomba, attracted by its stunning views and natural beauty. I specifically chose the Eastgate for its proximity to this landmark. To my good surprise, the free on-site parking made my stay even more convenient. The licensed restaurant on site allowed me to indulge and relax without the hassle of traveling for a meal. I enjoyed the room service, which was prompt, and found the dining options to be of excellent quality.

The overall cleanliness of the unit was commendable; however, I did notice that the bathroom extractor fan was a bit dusty, and there could have been more attention to detail on the back of the toilet.

There was way too much noise from every semi trailer driving past. I had no sleep that night and checked out the very next day. Sorry

The venue's position was central❤

I booked a nice room with a view but ended up in a totally different one. Not only were we threatened to leave, but the decor was outdated and silly. Major letdown!

Potential for truck noise from highway

the spacious rooms felt like mini apartments and were impeccably clean. the friendly staff ensured quick room service with delicious meals. We loved relaxing in the little garden area and felt safe throughout our visit. Proximity to parks and the museum enhanced our family bonding, and the quiet atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after long days exploring Toowoomba.

Quite an impersonal place and right next to the Warrego highway with 24/7 trucks, very little sleep, will not return especially for the cost where $20 more at another location would have given B&B
